Contract And Requirement Coordination Senior Engineer

About the role

The Contract & Requirement Coordination (CRC) Senior Engineer is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end consistency, clarity and traceability of contractual commitments and customer requirements for turbofan propulsion systems throughout their full lifecycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, the role serves as the primary interface with platform customers and OEM partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners, translating contractual clauses into actionable technical requirements.
• Monitor contract compliance across pre‑development, development, joint‑venture and in‑service support phases, coordinating interfaces between OEM partners and platform customers.
• Capture and consolidate customer requirements, converting them into product specifications and engineering requirements in collaboration with system engineering and commercial teams.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to verification and monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace or other complex engineered systems.
• Strong understanding of turbofan architectures, performance drivers and technology road‑maps.
• Experience in program management, system‑level approach and interaction with customers, OEMs and authorities.
• Knowledge of V&V, airworthiness and certification frameworks such as FAA Part 33, Part 21, CS‑E, CS‑25.
