Contracts Administrator – Construction

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contracts Administrator to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage contract documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support project teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and standard forms of contract.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors on contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date contract records and ensure proper storage.
- Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract‑related issues.
- Update and maintain contract management software and related systems.
- Provide regular reports on contract status to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in construction.
- Strong command of English; Arabic speakers must also be proficient in English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience using contract management software.
