Contracts Administrator

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a Contracts Administrator for its Ras Al Khaimah office. The role will act as the commercial backbone of projects, managing the contract life‑cycle and protecting the client’s financial and legal interests.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor payment applications and interim payment certificates against verified site progress.
• Assess and manage variation orders, change requests and claims, providing cost and time impact analyses.
• Track performance bonds, insurances, and contractual notices to mitigate risk and avoid disputes.
• Collaborate with site supervision engineers to ensure works comply with contractual specifications before payments are released.
• Maintain the contract management information system (CMIS) and keep secure records of all contract documents.
• Prepare periodic contract status and progress reports for executive management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar contracts administration role within a PMC or consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• MRICS/RICS affiliation or qualification is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience on infrastructure projects.
