Contracts Manager – Construction (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for a leading construction organization in Dubai. The role involves overseeing main contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Lead contract administration, including claims, variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and dispute resolution.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations from inception to close‑out.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement, commercial and project delivery teams on contractual matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in contracts/commercial management within the construction sector.
• Proven experience working for a main contractor in the GCC/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
