Contracts Manager - Energy/Power/EPC

About the role

A senior Contracts Manager is sought to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle in the energy/power/EPC sector, ensuring compliance, efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives. The role covers contract creation, evaluation of variation orders, administration, renewals, performance monitoring and closure, working closely with legal, finance and other stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks. It is a full-time, onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of the contract lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Prepare, review and finalise contracts in line with internal policies and standards.
• Coordinate with end-users, legal and finance teams on claims, variations and terminations.
• Monitor contract performance, manage renewals or terminations and report regularly to senior management.
• Identify risks in contract terms and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of contract management professionals.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the contract management function.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPSM/CIPS preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, including at least 4-6 years in a leadership role.
