Contracts Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for EPC and FEED projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring HSSE goals, managing contract and procurement teams, and delivering projects in line with the execution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and ensure compliance with HSSE policies.
• Review and administer EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, and division of responsibilities.
• Organise kick‑off meetings and instruct contractors on contract administration procedures, including accounting, change evaluation, and payment certification.
• Monitor insurance requirements, performance and bank guarantees, and coordinate insurance claim documentation.
• Manage contract changes, variations, and amendments to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Prepare and issue monthly subcontract and contract administration reports and support contract close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory) with at least 20 years of oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC, FEED/EPC projects and in PMC roles on international oil and gas contracts.
• Proven experience in contract administration, change management and risk mitigation for large‑scale projects; ADNOC experience preferred.
