Contracts Team Lead

About the role

EtihadWE is looking for an experienced Contracts Team Lead to oversee the full contract lifecycle within its Supply Chain Division. You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, negotiating and executing engineering and commercial contracts that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalize EPC, SLA, AMC and supply agreements ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, contractors and service providers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Support technical and commercial teams during pre‑award and post‑award negotiations.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository, manage renewals, amendments and closures.
• Analyse contract terms for cost‑efficiency and operational improvements.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and KPIs on contract status and performance.
• Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Commercial Law (preferred).
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
• Understanding of cost structures, pricing models and budget impact.
