Controlling Manager – Luxury Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a Controlling Manager to act as the financial co‑pilot for a leading global luxury automotive brand in Dubai. You will ensure strong financial steering across the region, drive profitability, track performance, and align financial outcomes with the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Drive profitability metrics such as Contribution Margin, CM per Unit and Sales Allowances.
• Analyze variances, propose and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with sales and business teams to align financial objectives.
• Deliver high‑impact financial insights, reporting and dashboards.
• Support strategic initiatives, pricing and incentive decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and guide business actions.
• Improve financial processes and steering frameworks.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in a luxury automotive or premium brand environment is preferred.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
