• Lead commercial strategy planning aligned with growth and diversification goals.
• Develop financial targets, report functional KPIs and apply predictive analytics.
• Enable sales effectiveness across channels and monitor operational performance.
• Manage cost‑structure optimisation, budgeting and project oversight for priority initiatives.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research, compile findings into reports and slide decks.
• Evaluate new markets and business lines, supporting set‑up and business‑case creation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior team members and act as liaison across functions.
