About the role

The Coordinator of Graduate Enrollment & Student Success supports the delivery of graduate programs by managing admissions, enrollment, and student‑facing processes. Working under the Assistant Manager Graduate Studies, the role ensures accurate processing, timely communication, and a high‑quality experience for graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate graduate admissions processing with Admissions and academic programs.
• Track application status, decisions, and enrollment confirmations.
• Respond to applicant and student inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process graduate assistantship contracts and related documentation.
• Support registration, progression, reinstatement, and graduation processes.
• Maintain accurate student records in relevant systems.
• Assist with graduate orientations, open days, information sessions, and workshops.
• Support Graduate Student Association activities and communications.
• Prepare routine reports, trackers, and summaries.
• Execute workflows and flag operational issues or improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience in higher education.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Positive outlook, sense of urgency, and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with general computer software (MS Office).
