About the role

The Coordinator, Learning & Development (Training) supports the competence development agenda across headquarters and site locations. The role ensures accurate data handling, documentation, and logistical support for the training team, enabling smooth delivery of development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and transform training data into graphical and tabular reports for supervisors and OJT instructors.
• Load and verify CAMS, CAS, and PDP progress in the ADNOC system and produce monthly progress reports.
• Maintain and secure digital filing systems for all team documentation, including official corporate files.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, security cards, and other administrative tasks for team members.
• Create, modify, and administer meeting documents, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
• Update the UAE Nationals Developees database with personal details and integration dates.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance system security and usability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑year diploma or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of formal training experience with strong proficiency in data gathering, processing, and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers and statistical applications.
• Experience in digital filing, document management, and data security setup.
• Ability to produce well‑formatted charts, diagrams, and tables.
