Coordinator Sales Support & Logistics

About the role

The Coordinator Sales Support & Logistics provides end‑to‑end operational, administrative and supply‑chain assistance to the EGME sales team. You will manage vehicle inventory from arrival to customer delivery, coordinate invoicing and registration, and act as the communication bridge between logistics partners and the after‑sales service team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Vehicle Sales Orders (VSB) in Autoline, ensuring accurate technical specifications and allocation.
• Oversee local and regional vehicle stock, conduct cycle counts, manage yard storage, and keep inventory data up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with workshops for pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) and accessory installations to optimise workshop capacity.
• Process commercial invoices for retail and corporate sales, verify margins and reconcile terms with finance.
• Handle vehicle registration with regional transport authorities, preparing legal documents and customs compliance certificates.
• Collect, analyse and report supply‑chain metrics such as delivery lead times and inventory levels to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Valid local driver’s licence.
• 1‑3 years of experience in automotive logistics or sales support, including customs clearance and registration processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Autoline or similar vehicle sales order systems.
