Coordinator – Well Services (AMO)

About the role

The Coordinator Well Services AMO will supervise assembly, maintenance and overhaul activities within the Pressure Pumping Division, ensuring optimal performance and quality of electronic and electromechanical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workforce availability, quality, and overall section performance, overseeing testing, maintenance and repair of electronic assemblies.
• Review work orders, specifications and technical instructions, manage requisitions for tools, equipment and parts, and maintain documentation on failure analysis.
• Supervise troubleshooting, testing and assembly of electrical and electromechanical equipment, and manage rework, repair and modification of non‑conforming items.
• Configure and maintain test stations, schedule overtime as needed, and apply statistical methods to forecast repair staffing and equipment needs.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling, oil/gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 3 years at Lead Engineer level.
• Proven exposure to maintenance management strategies and techniques.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
