Corporate Associate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in Abu Dhabi. You will work within a highly regarded corporate team, advising regional and international clients on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation from structuring to post‑completion.
• Support due diligence, deal execution and client relationship management.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought‑leadership activities.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with colleagues across international offices.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience advising on corporate transactions at a leading international or regional firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research abilities.
• Commercially minded with the capacity to manage matters autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with international clients and cross‑border transactions is advantageous; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.
