Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (2 positions) – Nationalisation Program

About the role

Our client is seeking two motivated Corporate & Commercial Lawyers to join a fast‑growing legal team in Dubai. The role offers exposure to high‑value M&A, private equity, venture capital and technology transactions within a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring and execution.
• Support private equity and venture capital deals, covering investments, exits and shareholder arrangements.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and general commercial law matters.
• Handle technology‑related contracts such as SaaS, licensing, data‑protection and digital services agreements.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions (onshore, free‑zone, KSA, etc.).
• Contribute to business‑development initiatives and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or in‑house team.
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law with exposure to M&A, investment transactions and technology contracts.
• Excellent drafting abilities and fluency in English (Arabic skills highly valued).
• LLB or equivalent (LLM is a plus) and a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
