Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading group in Abu Dhabi to hire a Corporate Communications Manager. The role will shape messaging across a diverse portfolio of businesses and stakeholders, handling both internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate communications strategies.
• Manage internal and external communications initiatives across the organization.
• Draft and review press releases, leadership communications, speeches, presentations, and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.
• Support media relations activities and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Develop engaging internal communications campaigns to strengthen employee engagement and alignment.
• Monitor communications performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations or related fields.
• Experience in professional services, corporate advisory, consultancy or communications agency is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate and work full‑time on‑site.
