Corporate Finance Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to work remotely on a full‑time basis for a client in the technology, information and internet sector. The analyst will evaluate financial risks, optimise capital structure and support strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise capital allocation and reduce costs.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.

Required profile

• Experience with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital markets.
