About the role
We are partnering with a leading AI laboratory to train its newest language model on professional presentation tasks. As a Corporate Finance Associate you will work remotely, applying your M&A expertise to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated slide decks for high‑impact client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop storylines and executive summaries for AI‑generated presentations.
- Structure slides with logical horizontal and vertical flow.
- Design data‑driven exhibits and ensure client‑ready deck quality.
- Review and improve AI outputs to meet professional finance standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of total M&A experience, including time as an Associate at a top investment bank.
- Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
- Expert‑level proficiency with PowerPoint and meticulous written communication.

What we offer
- Compensation of $100 per hour.
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more).
