About the role

PwC is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager within its Deals advisory line to provide strategic financial advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring engagements. The role involves analysing financial data, conducting due diligence and helping clients optimise their capital structure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery for complex transactions.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, leveraging their strengths and providing performance feedback.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, addressing conflicts and escalating issues when necessary.
