Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

EZRA Shipping is looking for a strategic, commercially‑mindset Corporate Finance Manager to join its global finance team. This senior individual‑contributor role will shape long‑term financial strategy, drive complex modeling, and lead investor‑relations activities in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the C‑suite to define corporate strategy, financial goals and operational metrics.
• Evaluate growth opportunities such as M&A, joint ventures, market entry and product expansion.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for performance forecasting, ROI analysis and capital allocation.
• Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing and unit‑economic modeling to support pricing, profitability and treasury decisions.
• Prepare and present clear insights and polished decks for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Act as the primary liaison with existing and prospective investors, creating pitch decks, board packages and MD&A reports.
• Support fundraising, debt financing and capital‑market initiatives by managing data rooms and due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in top‑tier investment or corporate finance environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic financial decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
