Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Corporate Finance Manager to join our global finance organization. The role will shape long‑term financial strategy, drive complex modeling, and lead investor‑relations activities in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the C‑suite to define and refine long‑term corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational metrics.
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including M&A targets, joint ventures, new market entries, and product expansions.
• Build, maintain, and own complex, dynamic financial models to forecast performance, assess ROI, and support capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and unit‑economic modeling to guide pricing, product profitability, and FX/treasury impact.
• Translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations for the Executive Team and Board.
• Act as the primary liaison with existing and prospective investors, preparing high‑quality pitch decks, board packages, financial tear sheets, and MD&A reports.
• Support fundraising, debt financing, and capital‑market activities by managing data rooms, due‑diligence processes, and coordination with external advisors.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in top‑tier Investment Banking, Tier‑1 Management Consulting (MBB), or Private Equity.
• Subsequent strategic Corporate Finance/FP&A experience at a fast‑growing tech or fintech company.
• Deep understanding of technology and financial‑services sectors; knowledge of FinTech, SaaS, or global payments is a plus.
• Exceptional financial‑modeling capabilities and comfort building complex models independently.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Full‑stack finance professional able to operate across strategy, analytics, and investor relations.
