Corporate Sales Manager – Home Centre

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager for Home Centre will lead the development and management of a portfolio of institutional accounts, positioning the brand as a preferred supplier in the B2B segment across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing inventory for institutional clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to annual sales budgets for the institutional business.
• Identify and capitalize on institutional sales opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Expand the institutional client base and leverage synergies across the Landmark Group.
• Oversee inventory management for institutional orders, including processing, stock availability, consolidation, movement and returns.
• Provide monthly performance, inventory and product insights to the Concept team.
• Monitor credit orders, manage collections and recommend credit limits in coordination with finance.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the institutional brand and create customised proposals.
• Define KPIs for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in sales, preferably within a retail or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage institutional accounts and drive business growth.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑service orientation.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and inventory oversight.
• Leadership experience with people management responsibilities.
