Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a high‑performing Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi). The role will support senior managers and directors in delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including UAE and international corporate groups, sovereign entities and private businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including corporate tax returns, group restructuring and business model optimisation.
• Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables and client communications ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Interpret UAE tax legislation and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to people leadership within the team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engagement teams.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE tax landscape and international tax principles.
