Cost Accountant / Finance Executive

About the role

A manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an analytical Cost Accountant / Finance Executive to support production cost monitoring, cost finalisation, variance analysis, budgeting and accurate financial reporting using ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, record and analyse direct and indirect production expenses, raw‑material consumption and operational overheads.
• Manage cost‑accounting activities, support production cost monitoring and perform periodic cost finalisation.
• Analyse actual versus standard cost variances and assist management with operational budgeting, financial forecasting and cost‑trend analysis.
• Maintain financial records, inventory valuation and cost entries using ERP systems such as Tally and SAP.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate finance qualification – CA Inter, CMA or MBA (Finance).
• 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on manufacturing costing experience and strong expertise in cost accounting, expense tracking and budgeting.
