Cost Controller - Hospitality & F&B

About the role

Hotaru Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller to join its Accounts & Finance team in Dubai. The role suits professionals who understand cost management in the hospitality or food and beverage industry. You will monitor operational costs, improve profitability and keep inventory records accurate, working closely with kitchen and bar operations to control costs and minimise waste.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly stock counts across kitchens and bar operations.
• Prepare and maintain recipe costing so that food and beverage prices are accurate.
• Monitor supplier pricing and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Track inventory usage, wastage and variances to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate cost control records to support financial reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in cost control, inventory management or hospitality finance is preferred.
• 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work accurately with stock, costing and supplier data.
• Good organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
