Cost Controller

About the role

Accor is seeking a Cost Controller for its luxury hotel Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah. The role will support financial administration, cost monitoring and audit processes within the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor financial administration and coordinate with Corporate Finance.
• Implement and maintain internal control and audit systems for food and beverage cost supervision.
• Receive, verify and process supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving slips.
• Prepare accounts payable vouchers and control the flow of goods across receiving, storerooms, kitchen and outlets.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and year‑end inventories for food, beverages, mini‑bar and operating supplies.
• Prepare physical inventory reports and support perpetual inventory processes.
• Maintain effective employee relations and assist with scheduling and human resources communication.

Required profile

• Professional grooming and adherence to hotel standards.

• Strong cooperation and respect within team and other departments.
• Good product knowledge of hotel facilities and daily operations.
