Cost Controller

About the role

The Cost Controller will support the Food & Beverage department of a luxury hotel by ensuring accurate cost monitoring, financial administration and internal controls. You will work closely with corporate finance and various hotel departments to maintain efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor all financial affairs related to cost control.
• Maintain internal control and audit systems for food and beverage costs.
• Receive, verify and match supplier invoices with purchase orders and market listings.
• Prepare accounts payable vouchers and register goods flow across receiving, storerooms, kitchen and F&B outlets.
• Coordinate with corporate finance for budgeting and reporting.
• Support human‑resource activities, work‑schedule preparation and employee relations within the department.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in cost control, financial administration or related accounting functions.
• Good product knowledge of hotel facilities and ability to work in a team environment.
