Costing Analyst – Manufacturing & Production (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Costing Analyst to monitor and control costs across multiple manufacturing and production units in Business Bay, Dubai. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a deep understanding of production costing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse end‑to‑end production costing across several manufacturing sites.
• Track and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) against actual raw‑material consumption, identifying variances.
• Analyse raw‑material, activity and operational costs, and highlight shortfalls in expected vs actual output.
• Review daily production data, verify accuracy and flag issues such as higher material consumption, lower output, inefficiencies and wastage.
• Collaborate with production, finance and supply‑chain teams to collect, validate and align data.
• Maintain and update costing structures in SAP S/4HANA and prepare detailed MIS, variance and cost‑performance reports for management.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of experience in costing or production cost analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Costing or related field; CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA costing, production and inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing and activity‑based costing.
