Costing Consultant

About the role

Inflexion is seeking experienced construction cost controllers to transition into a functional consulting role focused on Konstryx, a construction cost‑control solution. You will bridge construction expertise with technology to help clients improve budgeting, forecasting and financial visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Work with construction customers to understand and document existing project costing and cost‑control processes.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements and translate construction terminology into functional specifications for Konstryx.
• Support solution configuration, implementation and testing, collaborating closely with technical consultants.
• Assist customers during demonstrations, user acceptance testing and training, ensuring the solution meets agreed requirements.
• Provide practical recommendations based on real‑world construction experience and support presales activities when needed.

Required profile

• Several years of practical experience in construction, contracting, engineering or project‑based industries.
• Strong understanding of construction cost control, budgets, commitments, forecasting and project reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to explain processes to both business and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and interest in a technology‑focused consulting career.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or project‑control platforms.
