Counter Sales Advisor & Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Counter Sales Advisor and Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. You will combine front‑line customer interaction with internal coordination to drive sales of building materials and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments and keep accurate records.
• Build strong relationships, understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and other departments to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming sales counter.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory management, monitor stock levels and trigger re‑ordering.
• Support marketing initiatives for sales events and special offers.
• Stay updated on building‑materials trends and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales and coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of building materials and the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with sales and inventory‑management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
