Course Coordinator – Fashion Management (Dubai)

About the role

The Istituto Marangoni seeks a Course Coordinator to lead the Fashion Management area in Dubai. You will ensure high‑quality delivery of BA and MA modules, support student learning, and collaborate closely with the Programme Leader and Director of Education.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned Fashion Management subjects using a student‑centred approach aligned with Istituto Marangoni guidelines and CAA standards.
• Prepare and deliver teaching materials, lectures, workshops, and industry‑linked projects.
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations.
• Support students through advising, studio activities, group work, field trips, and industry projects.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain an innovative and academically rigorous learning environment.
• Assist in programme management tasks such as industry project coordination, tutor scouting, and credential evaluation.
• Participate in cross‑school initiatives and, when required, act as a visiting professor at other campuses or partner institutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: Fragrances & Cosmetics, Digital Communication & Media, Luxury Fashion Buying, Retail & Visual Merchandising, Brand Building, Business Principles, Corporate Organization, or Finance.
• Ability to develop a curriculum vitae in line with local regulations and contribute to the school’s research strategy.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with Programme Leaders, Directors of Education, tutors, and administrative staff.
