About the role
The University of West London RAK Campus is seeking a Course Director to lead its MBA programme. This senior academic position will shape the strategic direction, curriculum quality and overall student experience of the MBA offering.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the MBA programme.
- Oversee curriculum design, development and delivery.
- Manage recruitment, development and performance of faculty and staff.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and university policies.
- Monitor student progress, satisfaction and outcomes.
- Develop partnerships with industry and professional bodies.
- Lead programme marketing, recruitment and outreach activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior university management.
Required profile
- Ph.D. degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in higher education.
- Previous experience in a similar course director or programme leadership role is preferred.
- Strong academic leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
