Creative Content Designer – People & Culture

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Creative Content Designer to join its People & Culture team. The role will translate ideas and key messages into visual experiences that support internal communications, employee engagement and employer branding across the new integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce handbooks, presentations, posters, signage, and both digital and print materials for internal campaigns and events.
• Create engaging content for internal screens and colleague‑facing communication channels.
• Capture, edit and produce photography and video that showcase people, culture, milestones and everyday moments.
• Maintain the Wynn brand standards across all creative assets.
• Build and curate a library of design, photography, video and brand assets.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Marketing and other departments to shape concepts and deliver on‑brand content.
• Work with external agencies and production partners to ensure high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury or service‑led brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, photography and multimedia.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
• Photography and videography planning, shooting, editing and production.
