Creative Mixologist – Non-Alcoholic Beverages Specialist

About the role

We are launching a new café in Ajman and need a creative Mixologist to design and craft unique non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, signature juices and mixed beverages. This high-visibility specialist role will shape the beverage menu from day one and offers the chance to innovate in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop original non-alcoholic drinks, mocktails, juices and mixed beverages.
• Prepare drinks to consistent high standards using existing and new recipes.
• Experiment with flavor combinations, garnishing and presentation to keep the menu fresh.
• Operate and maintain blenders, juicers and other beverage equipment safely.
• Recommend and upsell drinks based on customer preferences.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Track stock of fruit, syrups, garnishes and report shortages.
• Support opening and closing procedures for the beverage station.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and workplace safety at all times.
• Collaborate closely with wait staff, kitchen and management.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience preparing mocktails and mixed non-alcoholic drinks.
• Strong creative streak with a passion for inventing new beverages.
• Excellent knowledge of flavor pairing, garnishing and presentation.
• Meticulous, consistent and hygiene-focused.
• Friendly, polite, customer-oriented and reliable team player.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts.
• Fluent in English and hold a valid UAE visa.
