Creative Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of creative projects for Mastercard’s Services team, ensuring high‑quality output, on‑time delivery and alignment with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of creative projects from brief to delivery, meeting timelines, scope and quality standards.
• Track and manage project budgets, timelines and resources, escalating issues proactively.
• Lead client communication on project matters, maintaining clarity on deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and manage creative briefs, translating client needs into clear direction for creative teams.
• Coordinate across creative, strategy and production teams to drive delivery and maintain momentum.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, flag risks early and run multiple projects in parallel.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative services, account or project management, preferably at an account‑director level.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end‑to‑end with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy and production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Independent problem‑solver who performs well under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and willingness to travel as required.
