Creator Manager – Influencer Outreach

About the role

Takefluence is seeking a proactive Creator Manager to expand its creator community across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Working remotely and on a freelance basis, you will identify, engage, and onboard influencers, helping them launch successful brand collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Search for suitable creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and other platforms.
• Evaluate creators based on location, language, niche, audience size and content quality.
• Contact creators via direct messages, email or comments and introduce Takefluence’s collaboration opportunities.
• Assist creators with registration, profile completion and first brand offer.
• Guide creators in generating tracking links or promo codes and support their first publication.
• Maintain ongoing communication with your assigned creator network.
• Track outreach activities and weekly results, completing 2–4 measurable tasks per week.

Required profile

• Strong social‑media awareness and familiarity with the UAE and Saudi Arabian creator landscape.
• Excellent written communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet weekly targets.

• Task‑based freelance compensation up to $125 per week (up to $500 per month).
