Credit Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Credit Control Manager to lead our receivables function in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing collections, reporting, and a team of 8‑10 professionals to ensure timely cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly collection reports, showing region‑wise and company‑wide performance.
• Chase outstanding customer accounts and finalize dues.
• Manage a team of 8‑10, conducting weekly one‑to‑one performance reviews.
• Hold weekly/monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to escalate issues and follow‑ups.
• Address customer queries on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Prepare weekly receivables and ageing status reports for management review.
• Develop data analytics and reporting on the credit control matrix.
• Set team targets and update management weekly.
• Monitor receivables accounting to achieve monthly collection targets.
• Oversee closed receivables, police cases, third‑party collections, etc.
• Open debtor accounts with proper documentation.
• Liaise with core finance functions for timely month‑end closing.
• Introduce new credit control initiatives.
• Visit clients as needed to resolve account issues.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve receivable performance.
