Credit Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to oversee customer receivables, ensure timely collections and protect cash flow for RTS Construction Equipment Rental LLC in Dubai. The role works closely with Sales, Hire Desk and Finance teams and requires a UAE driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily accounts receivable and debtor ageing.
• Follow up customers for due and overdue payments via calls, emails, statements and reminders.
• Manage collection activities, negotiate payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Identify high‑risk accounts and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales/BDEs and Hire Desk on advances, payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, perform reconciliations and balance confirmations.
• Prepare collection reports, ageing analysis and management dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable or collections.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and finance teams.
• UAE driving licence.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction or trading is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
