Crew Member – Airport Restaurant

About the role

Join the Five Guys team at Dubai International Airport and provide an exceptional dining experience to travelers. As a Crew Member you will be cross‑trained in various restaurant stations and ensure smooth, safe, and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service in a clean, safe environment.
• Operate stations such as grill, fries, cash register, preparation, buns and dressings.
• Resolve simple guest queries and refer complex issues to managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, restrooms and terrace areas; restock supplies as needed.
• Follow uniform, grooming and punctuality standards and adhere to food safety, sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and protect company assets.
• Support teammates and complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service‑crew or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• POS system operation and cash register handling.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
