CRM Executive – Growth & Marketing

About the role

Zofeur is seeking a CRM Executive to drive customer engagement and lifecycle communication for both its on‑demand chauffeur app and the Zofeur Black subscription service. You will design, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that guide users from onboarding through retention, reactivation and subscription renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding campaigns that help new users complete their first ride.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives to increase ride frequency.
• Run reactivation campaigns targeting inactive or low‑usage users.
• Manage lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including renewal messaging.
• Set up and schedule campaigns across push notifications, in‑app messages, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• Build and maintain customer segments using behavioural and usage data.
• Assist with A/B testing of messaging, timing and creative assets.
• Monitor performance, generate basic reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content and product teams to ensure accurate, on‑time execution.
• Maintain data accuracy, perform QA and uphold campaign calendars.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and execution‑driven with a strong focus on data‑informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where testing and continuous improvement are core.
• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in CRM, growth or marketing roles.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Growth, Creative and Product teams.
