CRM Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, customer‑focused CRM Executive to join our automotive team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves contacting interested leads, understanding their vehicle needs, and converting interest into showroom visits and test drives.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly contact and follow up with interested customers via outbound calls.
• Gather vehicle requirements and purchase intentions during phone conversations.
• Provide information on GWM vehicles, offers, and showroom locations.
• Book, confirm, and coordinate showroom appointments and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with customers who have not yet visited the showroom.
• Record all interactions, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with showroom Sales Executives for smooth handovers.
• Achieve KPIs related to call activity, customer engagement, appointments, showroom visits, and test drives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, telesales, call centre, lead conversion or inside sales.
• Strong telephone communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting measurable results.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or lead‑management systems.
