CRM Manager

About the role

The CRM Manager will design, launch and optimise customer‑relationship initiatives for all retail brands, aiming to boost engagement, retention and lifetime value through data‑driven communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) aligned with business goals and customer lifecycle stages.
• Create and refine customer segments using demographics, behaviour, RFM models and buying patterns.
• Plan, schedule and execute end‑to‑end campaigns, optimizing copy, creative and timing.
• Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversions, reactivation and retention; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Build and improve automated journey flows (welcome, post‑purchase, win‑back, abandoned cart, replenishment).
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase rate, average order value and overall customer value.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, analytics and e‑commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and maintain clean customer databases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
