About the role

Fractur is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Crypto & Tokenisation Intern to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital assets, and real‑world asset (RWA) tokenisation to gain hands‑on experience in a developing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Research cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital assets, and tokenisation trends.
• Develop an understanding of real‑world asset (RWA) tokenisation and its applications.
• Monitor industry developments, market news, and emerging opportunities.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Assist with research into tokenisation models, digital asset infrastructure, and blockchain‑based solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and research documentation.
• Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects and new business initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Basic understanding of tokenisation, smart contracts, or real‑world asset (RWA) tokenisation is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Curiosity about financial technology (FinTech) and emerging digital asset markets.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
