About the role

As a Culinary Coach at Emaar Hospitality Group, you will be the face of our brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every dining experience exceeds expectations. You will work in a dynamic, empowered environment to create memorable culinary moments for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Deliver flawless culinary experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
Engage with guests to turn each visit into a loyal fan experience.
Maintain consistent high‑quality food service across all restaurant outlets.

Required profile

Service‑oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence.
High school diploma in Catering; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
Good knowledge of local food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines.
