Customer Care Executive

About the role

The Customer Care Executive will be based on‑site in Dubai, handling daily interactions with property buyers, investors and other stakeholders. This full‑time position focuses on delivering prompt, professional support across phone, email, WhatsApp and in‑person channels, ensuring a seamless post‑purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp and the customer portal.
• Manage each case from initial contact through resolution, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, property management and finance to address documentation, payment plans, NOC requests, ownership transfers and handover procedures.
• Follow up on open matters, overdue payments and pending documentation to meet service commitments.
• Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Keep clients informed about construction progress, project milestones and any relevant updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real‑estate experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, brokers and other stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
