Customer Care Representative – Dubai

About the role

Join Vitrolife Group as a Customer Care Representative in Dubai and become the essential link between fertility clinics, patients, and our laboratory teams. You will ensure that biological samples are handled with precision, provide empathetic support to clients, and help maintain seamless operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage daily sample shipments, ensuring proper cold‑chain logistics.
• Track cases and client interactions using Salesforce.
• Register patient and sample data accurately in Navision.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
