About the role

Club L London is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join its Dubai headquarters. In this fast‑paced, customer‑focused position you will be the voice of the brand, assisting shoppers through email, live chat and social media while ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s luxury‑fashion values.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers across email, live chat and social channels, handling order tracking, pre‑order updates and follow‑ups.
• Provide professional, empathetic, brand‑aligned communication and product advice.
• Escalate critical issues to internal teams and collaborate on resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and meet KPI targets for response time and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with strong spelling and grammar.
• Empathetic, proactive and confident in taking initiative.
• Ability to stay professional and consistent in a rapidly growing environment.
• Fast and accurate typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Team player who is highly organised and detail‑oriented.
