Customer Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and solution‑oriented Customer Care Representative to assist our customers throughout their journey with the company. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and other channels.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and offer helpful solutions.
• Assist with account‑related questions, orders, services and general requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and document interactions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, support or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ticketing platforms.
