Customer Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Engagement Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for customers across Product Line operations, ensuring superior support throughout service delivery. This role drives contract revenue, profitability, and receivable management while maintaining strong professional relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between customers and service delivery teams, capturing and updating customer activity in business systems.
• Ensure services comply with contractual agreements and meet performance metrics.
• Identify and capture sales leads beyond existing contracts and contribute to the Account Plan.
• Compile cost estimates, assess job risks, and participate in briefings to align customer objectives.
• Facilitate regular service quality meetings, evaluate customer feedback, and resolve invoice disputes.
• Drive adoption of technological solutions to address customer challenges.

Required profile

• Specialised experience in Jet Pump systems and well optimisation within the upstream oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to supervise well interventions, install, dismantle, and assemble jet pump equipment.
• Strong capability in preparing detailed technical documentation and managing KPIs.
• In‑depth knowledge of fluid dynamics and artificial lift performance.
