Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Engagement Marketing Manager will lead Central Trading Company’s end‑to‑end marketing agenda across all business units and channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role ensures strong brand governance, high‑impact market execution and measurable commercial results while driving CRM and digital growth to boost customer engagement, lead conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing plan and calendar for all categories, brands and channels, translating business objectives into clear channel plans with measurable KPIs.
• Lead the design, execution and optimisation of campaigns across retail, field, B2B and digital touch‑points.
• Manage CRM strategy and digital initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing and Operations, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
• Serve as deputy to the Head of Marketing, providing leadership continuity and overseeing performance governance (KPIs/ROI).
• Drive quarterly reviews, re‑prioritise initiatives and develop team capability as part of the succession plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a multi‑brand or automotive aftermarket environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, ROI analysis and performance management.
